Yes you will get the training and be able to build on your existing skills, but there is a real buzz around the office around what they are doing and where they want to be. You will work alongside individuals that are ambitious but want to achieve more, and join a culture which you would ordinarily find in marketing and media where it is possible to mix working hard and having fun at the same time.

Your training and development:

The company will support you through your AAT, and unlike any other role I am working with the owner of the firm will take the lead in your development and training. You will not get 1 on 1 training like this anywhere else.

Along with full study support the company want to create a culture where you are able to have a good work life balance. So they offer a number of additional perks like a 2.30 finish on a Friday and closing down for 2.5 weeks at Christmas which you don't need to take out of your allowance.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The right attitude is probably the most important thing however you will also need to have a minimum of 12 months finance experience. Previous experience in practice is preferred however the firm is also considering industry applicants.
