Job Description

A senior Management role leading on MEP discipline across multiple projects for a principal contractor responsible and focused on the Mechanical and Electrical discipline from early stage 3 design; value engineering of specification at pre development/construction stages, supply chain and sub contract management through to tender analysis, award. Construction and on-site delivery experience of MEP on residential and Mixed use schemes is essential as you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and commission of projects.

Interested to speak to MEP senior manager professionals with knowledge of working for Main Contractors or Property Developers. Knowledge and track record for successful delivery of MEP across multiple projects delivering residential £20m+ MEP packages is of interest.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
