Beginning with a 2-day classroom based training period followed by shadowing a Team Leader, you will get the skills and knowledge needed to kick start your career with XLN.

• Previous Field Sales or Sales experience is a must have - Experience within telecoms is a big bonus on top of that!

• The ability and confidence to talk to a variety of small business owners every day.

• The enthusiasm and perseverance to overcome challenges/objections and talk about XLN with passion and pride - The right attitude to enjoy the test of closing a sale and working to targets.

• Driving license.
