Job Duties:
Answer incoming customer inquiries
Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognized and maintained
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

This is a very dynamic role that will adapt with the changing needs of the organization and our customers, so an inherent ability to move quickly while staying calm and organized is essential. If you’re the person who works harder and smarter when faced with a challenge, then this is for you.Minimum 2 year’s experience in a similar role (telephone support/customer care). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Natural ability to speak calmly and confidently and remain calm under pressure. Self-motivated and able to take own initiative. Experience in working collaboratively as well as independently. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring dependable quality in everything you do. Available to start immediately. Located within 30 minute’s drive of our Hastings (TN38) or Aberdeen sites.
