Job Description

This is an opportunity to apply your skills in a development context, whereby you will ensure seamless transition from construction to management.

The role

You will be responsible for the identification of Managing Agents and Third-Party Operators for the development throughout the completion of the tender process. You will liaise with and coordinate all Managing Agents and Third-Party Operators, Sub-Contractors, Production Staff and Suppliers. You will carry out detailed inspection of communal areas and produce comprehensive and detailed handover documentation. The role is to be carried out to ensure highest standards of best practice and in accordance with legislation.

You will also be managing L&T, Lease Advisory, service charge and driving property strategies.

You will have an eye for detail and work with high attention to detail, this is crucial for maintaining a high-quality service and environment where people aspire to live and enjoy leisure time.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful applicant will be experienced in Leasehold Property Management with prior exposure to the management of large mixed-use/residential led schemes and their communal areas. You will have excellent customer facing skills, developing strong, long lasting relationships with Clients, Managing Agents and Third-Party Operators and will ideally be MIRPM or AIRPM qualified.
