The Job

The Site Manager will be responsible for all strip out and first and second fix. To manage all trades, health and safety, site inductions and toolbox talks.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Have experience of strip out and fit out. Excellent communication skills. Experience managing trades, a trade background is essential. You must have 5 years minimum experience. Experience leading and mentoring, quality control and project management. Willing to be located in the Richmond area.
