Job Description
Key Responsibilities of the role:
Receive, monitor and process daily shipments and ensure the correct regulatory and required paperwork is in place for Export shipments
Produce and check Commercial Invoices, packing lists and any other export documentation as required.
Continuously monitor shipments from the point of receipt through to delivery.
Provide cover in Accounts Department for Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger
Assist both Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger with Data Entry
Assist Credit Control by sending payment reminders
Checking of import entries
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience within an Accounts Assistant role Previous experience within a customer service and admin role Excellent verbal and written communication, numeracy and problem solving Exceptionally organised with a high level of attention to detail
