Job Description

Key Responsibilities of the role:

  • Receive, monitor and process daily shipments and ensure the correct regulatory and required paperwork is in place for Export shipments
  • Produce and check Commercial Invoices, packing lists and any other export documentation as required.
  • Continuously monitor shipments from the point of receipt through to delivery.
  • Provide cover in Accounts Department for Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger
  • Assist both Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger with Data Entry
  • Assist Credit Control by sending payment reminders
  • Checking of import entries

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience within an Accounts Assistant role Previous experience within a customer service and admin role Excellent verbal and written communication, numeracy and problem solving Exceptionally organised with a high level of attention to detail
