Job Description

Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service within the shop environment, advising customers and ensuring company policies and procedures are followed. General duties include the acceptance and paying out of bets, cash handling, shop promotions and marketing.

You will be required to open and close the shop as part of this role.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent customer service skills. An understanding of sports and betting would be an advantage, as well as knowledge of computers and till systems. Uniform and full training will be provided.
