*Producing reports in relation to the weekly payroll
*Sending payslips
*Submission of RTI reports
*Producing payment Schedules for umbrella payments
*Adding new starters to the payroll system
*Dealing with payment advances
*Dealing with candidate payment queries
*Dealing with consultant queries
*Other Adhoc duties
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of;
*Previous experience in a payment administrator role
*Ideally have knowledge of the Tempaid system
Skills and behavior required
*Strong communication skills
*Ability to work to deadlines
*Maintain good customer service
Previous Payroll experience is needed
