Job Duties:

• Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
• Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
• Record changes to customer accounts, updating service packages, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

I am looking for someone who has experience in an existing motor finance role either with a brokerage or a finance house, online motor advertising experience or a minimum of 3 years Motor trade experience, this must be Sales Manager / Business Manager or above. I am looking for someone able to demonstrate: · Confidence with technology · Proven successful sales background · Ability to drive new business activity, whilst managing harmonious relationships with current accounts · Full driving license · Excellent organizational skills · Ability to work independently · Results and target orientated · Passionate + tenacious · Able to spot new opportunities · Desire and motivation to learn.
