Supervising & executing day-to-day operations of the office administration
Developing, reviewing and improving policies & procedures and administrative systems
Ad-hoc human resources duties including, but not limited to, recruitment, training of new employees, reference collection, induction, holiday management and updating the company database
Ordering & managing essential office supplies
Finding, developing and managing suppliers and supply chain
Planning, scheduling and promoting office events including conferences, trade shows, interviews, meetings, orientations and training sessions
Being fully responsible for Health & Safety and implement necessary measures to improve health & safety at work
Developing our software & hardware demos as videos and webinars
Building new and expanding existing skills by engaging in educational opportunities
Dealing with employee complaints and grievance
Providing admin support to the corporate board
Providing admin support to the management team to achieve company objectives, goals and targets
Management of Accounts, invoices and Bookkeeping
Management of staff hours, rotas and payroll management
Ensure that results are measured against standards, while making necessary changes along the way
Allocate tasks and assignments to staff and monitor their performance
Perform review and analysis of special projects and keep the management properly informed
Assisting CEO & Head of Growth with business development, information collection and research
Communicating with suppliers, customers, corporate board and other stake holders.
Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
Ensure the company complies with legislation including data protection, health & safety, employment law

Experienced in an office management and/or administration. We believe in people, not the qualification. Able to work with no supervision. Highly service minded, easy to work with personality. Strong negotiator. A self-starter who is capable of working independently but also a team player. Excellent organizational and IT skills. Learning mind and enjoys discovering. Excellent English, both written and spoken. Taking responsibility, proactively solving problems and getting things done. Good team player. Comply with all company policies & procedures and act ethically and lawfully.
