Processing purchase ledger invoices
Bank reconciliations
Manual Journals
Liaising with suppliers
Dealing with finance related queries
Assisting in monthly report preparation
Keeping relevant systems up to date

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong bookkeeping skills and previous experience in a similar role, in particular reconciliations. Being able to work autonomously and as well as part of a team. Have a good knowledge of accounting software (quick book, sage). Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Report into the company accountant and Director on occasion. Being efficient as well as having confidence to use own initiative. Excellent attention to detail.
