Reporting directly to the Director, the role requires:
Working directly with the director, including full diary management.
Full management of the office.
Day to day client engagement.
Management of staff and sub-contractors.
Social Media management.
Liaising with Suppliers.
Preparation of quotes.
Basic payroll.
Basic HR.
Preparation of Invoicing.
Other ad hoc tasks related to the smooth running of the business.
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Experience:
Administration : 1 year (Preferred)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Have some experience in the above. Microsoft office skills. Excellent communication skills. An aptitude for learning new skills. A strong customer service ethic. The ability to work alone. Motivation. Construction experience not necessary but is a bonus.
