Job Description

Reporting directly to the Director, the role requires:

  • Working directly with the director, including full diary management.
  • Full management of the office.
  • Day to day client engagement.
  • Management of staff and sub-contractors.
  • Social Media management.
  • Liaising with Suppliers.
  • Preparation of quotes.
  • Basic payroll.
  • Basic HR.
  • Preparation of Invoicing.
  • Other ad hoc tasks related to the smooth running of the business.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Administration : 1 year (Preferred)

Work remotely:

  • No

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Have some experience in the above. Microsoft office skills. Excellent communication skills. An aptitude for learning new skills. A strong customer service ethic. The ability to work alone. Motivation. Construction experience not necessary but is a bonus.
