The Capture Services team, launches and manages multinational 3D capture projects for clients all over the world and in many industries, such as residential and commercial real estate (RRE/CRE), insurance, and architecture, engineering and construction (AEC). We use an in house system comprised of many different 3rd party applications.
Tooling Infrastructure
- Build, maintain and improve workflows and booking forms across the various third party platforms used for Capture Services, supporting Globally where required. (Platforms include Airtable, Acuity, Jotform, Paypal, Zapier, Asana and Salesforce)
Core Operations
- Managing and supporting the Scheduling team in EMEA to ensure we are meeting customer requirements, and booking and delivering scans within a timely manner.
- Customer Operations Programme management, including new customer onboarding, and continued ad-hoc support.
- Working cross-functionally to ensure all new opportunities meet Capture Services requirements, supporting where required.
- Validate invoices from contractors, and create invoices for clients where required.
Reporting
- Financial - Providing billing data (multi-channel) to the Finance team on a monthly basis.
- Core Operations - Build and maintain Reporting workflows through to Salesforce.
Marketing - Assist the Marketing team in setting up/maintaining automated reporting workflows within Marketo and Salesforce for all Anchor Partnerships.
