Job Description
As Operations Administrator, you’ll manage processes and systems in order to ensure effective and accurate administration records/ documentation/ data.
This will allow for logistical reporting and site governance record keeping which aids in providing the highest level of customer service to our clients. As Operations Administrator, you will maintain the administration of financial and stock related SOP’s in order to evidence efficient & compliant control of daily operations
Key accountabilities associated with being the Operations Administrator are:
- The prompt and accurate processing of delivery & warehouse exception data and where appropriate investigating rates of failure and success.
- Ensure all required management information and stock statistics are prepared, maintained and updated in accordance with agreed deadlines.
- Assist with routine stock checks and audits while supporting and working closely with the central demand planning department
- Assist with HR reporting for the depot, and provide control information when required
- Undertake project duties associated with the role of Operations Administrator to achieve business targets
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We’re seeking an Operations Administrator with experience working in a fast-paced and complex distribution environment (FMCG business, logistics or distribution etc..).Thorough, flexible and conscientious approach to your work demonstrating strong administrative skills. Understanding of IT systems, MS Packages and warehouse management systems. Ability to take responsibility for planning and prioritizing own workload to make sure standards of quality and deadlines are met. Strong appreciation of the importance of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly following processes & SOP’s. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
