Entering invoices and matching with relevant purchase orders
Processing staff expenses
Prepare and process a weekly and fortnightly BACs payment run
Fortnightly Direct Debit collection
Process refunds
Liaise with internal teams to resolve queries
Take part in regular conference calls with Finance Managers
Other duties as required
