As the Administrative Assistant you would be qualified to SQV level in business or administration and have relevant experience in an administrative role. You’ll be supporting the Team Lead and Patient Officers with their busy daily activities being responsible for a range of duties including scanning, recording of patient’s documents and preparing correspondence to send to patients. A good eye for detail is essential for success to ensure accurate recording/storing of information in accordance with Data Protection Guidelines, the current Health Regulations and NHS Lothian policy and procedures.
