Reporting to the Outsourcing Manager, you will be responsible for:
Building productive working relationships within the Practice and externally with Clients
Using a variety of accounting software packages including CCH, Sage and Xero
Preparing management accounts and completing VAT returns
Processing sales and purchase invoices, receipts & payments
Preparing opening balance journals
Reconciliations
Developing and applying your technical knowledge through on the job training
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be considered for the role you should be AAT Qualified or ACCA Part-Qualified with at least 3 year’s experience with another Accounting Firm or Specialist Outsourcing Provider. On offer is a salary of £25,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience) with benefits to include 22 days holiday, company pension and healthcare schemes, and AAT study support if applicable. You should be a confident self-starter with good interpersonal skills, be able to prioritise and meet tight timeframes with high quality output; and a working knowledge of Xero would be advantageous.
