Job Description

The post will provide support of infrastructure technologies within IT Services. The role will include the ongoing management and maintenance of current NRS infrastructure technologies, the resolution of incidents and the implementation of service requests made by the business through the IT Change Team.

Qualifications required
For jobs in Band B & C you must hold a minimum of 3 Highers or equivalent.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. Experience working in an IT infrastructure support role including network and domain services. 2. Experience creating and maintaining procedures and technical documentation. 3. Monitoring of infrastructure, application and security services. 4. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
