Working alongside the director with architectural drawings and specifications
Producing profit and loss reports
Responsible for paying subcontractors and VAT/CIS tax
Liaising with bookkeeper and accountant
Undertaking financial administration
Ensuring payments to subcontractors, employee timesheets and project additional costs are kept up to date
Checking CIS status and sending CIS pay slips to contractors
Producing construction projects in Excel
Valuating interim payments for projects
Communicating tender prices and additional costs to clients
ABOUT THE BENEFITS:
Up to £40,000 (dependant on experience)
40 hours per week, 9.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday

Minimum of 3 years within the construction industry Experienced user of Word, Excel, Xero accounting software Previous experience working within Finance Strong work ethic and highly organised Ability to work well within a team and under pressure Professional manner Exceptional attention to detail
