Job Description

The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • Working on a any 5 days from 7 shift pattern (weekend work involved)
  • Start times rotating between 0600, 1000 and 1100
  • To undertake in a safe, effective and efficient manner the accurate and controlled recording of distribution data / information by way of manual or computer systems
  • To maintain office control and filing systems relating to the administrative support of the contract
  • To support the transport operation in ensuring the correct documentation is received from drivers on completion of their shifts

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
IT skills using Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheets. Communication skills - verbal & written. Ability to create and amend spreadsheets. Strong organizational and planning, able to priorities work and meet deadlines.
