Job Description

A Branch Administrator is at the heart of operation and is responsible for maintaining high credit control and cash handling standards. As an integral part of our team you will monitor and control our Sales Ledger accounts, including management of credit limits and outstanding payments with a Customer focused attitude at all times.

Branch Administrator – what we expect:

  • A proven track record of dealing with daily banking, reconciliation and cash handling duties
  • Experience of sales ledger and credit control procedures
  • A good knowledge of Excel and the ability to administer daily reports
  • Attention to detail and able to respond to any requests from customers within the specified time.
  • Target driven individual with a strong work ethic
  • High levels of focus, energy and drive
  • Ability to thrive in a high pressure and fast-paced environment
  • Great communicator
  • Average of 30 hours per week Monday to Friday from 8am - 6pm and alternate Saturdays from 8am - 4pm
