Job Description
The Proposals Manager Role
- Create compelling winning tender submissions that clearly capture the identified win themes
- Craft creative and well-presented bid documentation using the adobe creative suite
- Excellent copy writing and proof-reading skills with the ability to distil technical information and tailor to the relevant audience.
- Control the entire bid lifecycle from PQQ through to client interview
- Bid and tender management within the build environment
- Supporting the work winning team in improving and coordinating an efficient proposals management process

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Highly competent in the use of Adobe Creative Suite: Indesign (essential) Photoshop and Illustrator (preferred) Skilled in the use of Microsoft packages, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel Excellent written and spoken communication skills Attention to detail, critical and analytical thinking and problem solving Previous work experience in the construction/civils industry (preferred) An understanding of corporate social responsibility or sustainability
