Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that a global list of suppliers are paid accurately and on time
  • Reconciling supplier information and preparing self-billing invoices
  • Recording and monitoring accounts receivables
  • Preparing additional data for management and bookkeeper
  • Communicate with suppliers re resolve any payment issues, providing excellent service
  • Working with management to improve finance and admin process and documentation
  • Checking timesheets
  • General office administration

Package

  • £12.50 per hour
  • Enhanced holiday

Schedule

  • Approx 25-30 hours per month split over minimum of 2 days per week
  • Will include hours on the first weekday after the 14th of each month
  • Remaining hours can be taken flexibly within office hours
  • Opportunity for remote working after initial 3 months
  • Additional available hours during training period

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good general IT skills Basic knowledge of Xero Proficiency with Google Sheets spreadsheets Min 2 years experience in related role
