Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that a global list of suppliers are paid accurately and on time
- Reconciling supplier information and preparing self-billing invoices
- Recording and monitoring accounts receivables
- Preparing additional data for management and bookkeeper
- Communicate with suppliers re resolve any payment issues, providing excellent service
- Working with management to improve finance and admin process and documentation
- Checking timesheets
- General office administration
Package
- £12.50 per hour
- Enhanced holiday
Schedule
- Approx 25-30 hours per month split over minimum of 2 days per week
- Will include hours on the first weekday after the 14th of each month
- Remaining hours can be taken flexibly within office hours
- Opportunity for remote working after initial 3 months
- Additional available hours during training period
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good general IT skills Basic knowledge of Xero Proficiency with Google Sheets spreadsheets Min 2 years experience in related role
