Preparation of monthly management accounts
Monthly balance sheet and profit & loss accounts
Robust cash flow forecasting
Analysis and provision of reports re: overheads and unit/material costs
Overseeing the billing process
Maintaining the purchase ledger and responsible for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payments
Debtor management/chasing debt
Calculation of VAT and returns
Submitting payroll data and making payments
Maintenance of the fixed asset register
