Job Description

The Role:

You will be reporting directly into the Head of Finance, providing you with excellent exposure to the company finances as well as strong mentorship. As the Finance/Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting with the production of monthly management accounts. As well as this you will oversee and manage both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. This is a broad position, ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Duties:

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Assisting with the production of monthly management accounts
• Calculating Accruals and Prepayments
• Bank reconciliations
• Overseeing the royalty reporting
• Submission of VAT returns
• Preparing journal postings
• Any ad-hoc analysis or projects to support the Head of Finance

What we'd like to see (bonus):

• Experience in the Creative industries (Media, TV, Film, Music, Arts, Publishing)
