Job Description
  • To process warranty invoices and transfer to computer warranty system
  • To transfer all claims to the manufacturer
  • To correct and resubmit anomalies
  • To ensure all claims are submitted within the limits
  • To maintain good filing/control systems to aid audit procedures
  • To reconcile monthly credits with outstanding amounts claimed
  • To advise the Service Manager of any claim disallowed
  • To provide back-up cover for the Service Reception
  • Assistance with any other task as directed

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a similar role. Results orientated. Financial Awareness. Numeracy and data handling. Problem solving and decision making skills.
