To process warranty invoices and transfer to computer warranty system
To transfer all claims to the manufacturer
To correct and resubmit anomalies
To ensure all claims are submitted within the limits
To maintain good filing/control systems to aid audit procedures
To reconcile monthly credits with outstanding amounts claimed
To advise the Service Manager of any claim disallowed
To provide back-up cover for the Service Reception
Assistance with any other task as directed
