The Main Duties:
- To ensure completion of assigned areas of work within the time budget and deadlines;
- Preparation of accounts up to Trial Balance;
- Monitoring the bank account and payments of the business;
- Performing bank reconciliations when required;
- Maintaining the sales and purchase ledger;
- Raising sales orders, invoices and credits for Sole Trader, Limited Company and Partnership clients;
- Proactively liaise with clients and other third part stakeholders;
- Preparing payment runs;
- Preparing information for the production of annual budgets;
- Supporting with the production of monthly management reports for Directors; and
- Assist with ad hoc duties as and when required by senior management.
