Reporting to the Director, the Finance Office Manager will be responsible for the following:
Preparation of monthly Management Accounts
Bank reconciliations (GBP, Euro, USD)
International payments
Weekly cashflow preparation
VAT returns
Purchase and sales ledger
Updating stock management system
Support with purchase orders
General office management including insurances, H&S, office stationery, etc.

You will have worked in one or more of the following roles: Finance Manager / Finance Supervisor / Office Manager / Management Accountant / Senior Bookkeeper You will be happy to support the business in terms of 60% being finance duties and 40% general administration You will ideally have experience of being the sole finance contact for a business
