Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
First Class Administrative skills. Excellent Microsoft package knowledge and experience (Word & Excel). Quotations/estimating experience. (Receiving quotations, combining into a single client estimate, adding margin, re-wording). Client Contact & Liaison. Chasing sub-contractor costs.
