Develops and maintains Market Relationships to permit the widest placing opportunities.
Management Information
Produce and analyse premium/brokerage/claims/renewal and other statistics as may be required by line manage

Identifies and manages client requirements in accordance with the terms of appointment

Achieves a high rate of client retention through well-planned and executed account renewal management
Ensures there are sufficient resources to meet client day-to-day demands and escalates servicing issues to divisional management as necessary.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
London or international market experience within Construction Insurance preferably in Account servicing to large international corporations; technical insurance. IT literacy in Word, Outlook and Excel (Intermediate)
