  • Qualified to degree level in a relevant subject
  • Strategic thinking – experience in defining and delivering strategies to achieve through-life value
  • A strong awareness of consensus building tools and techniques
  • Experience of supporting successful change and transformational activities
  • Strong facilitation skills including excellent listening skills and the ability to empathise with project team and workshop participants
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, presentation, communication skills
  • Experience of leading small teams or projects
  • Strong analytical thinking ability and problem-solving skills
  • A mindset to constructively challenge the accepted norms and always seek a better way
  • Experience in operating in a programme and/or project environment with multiple stakeholders and of operating in cross-business teams
  • Client and end-customer focus
  • Experience of Organisational design
  • Experience of Programme Management Offices (PMO)
  • Experience in working in and leading project teams
  • Motivated and enthusiastic with a personal drive for high quality work, continuous improvement and the application of lessons learnt
  • Experience in the financial management and control of projects
  • Exposure to business development and growth/sales

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Previous consulting experience in the infrastructure sector • Relevant post-graduate training and/or qualifications • Experience of process development / improvement • Exposure to Benefits Management and/or value management • Exposure to business development and growth/sales
