- Qualified to degree level in a relevant subject
- Strategic thinking – experience in defining and delivering strategies to achieve through-life value
- A strong awareness of consensus building tools and techniques
- Experience of supporting successful change and transformational activities
- Strong facilitation skills including excellent listening skills and the ability to empathise with project team and workshop participants
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, presentation, communication skills
- Experience of leading small teams or projects
- Strong analytical thinking ability and problem-solving skills
- A mindset to constructively challenge the accepted norms and always seek a better way
- Experience in operating in a programme and/or project environment with multiple stakeholders and of operating in cross-business teams
- Client and end-customer focus
- Experience of Organisational design
- Experience of Programme Management Offices (PMO)
- Experience in working in and leading project teams
- Motivated and enthusiastic with a personal drive for high quality work, continuous improvement and the application of lessons learnt
- Experience in the financial management and control of projects
- Exposure to business development and growth/sales
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Previous consulting experience in the infrastructure sector • Relevant post-graduate training and/or qualifications • Experience of process development / improvement • Exposure to Benefits Management and/or value management • Exposure to business development and growth/sales
