Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with (ideally construction focused) procurement, supply chain and distribution experience who is looking to move into an experienced and dedicated in-house team at our client's offices in central London.
Patient and customer focused - strong customer service orientation
Strong attention to detail, with strong numeracy skills and able to understand data patterns
Role and Responsibilities:
Management of the supply chain distribution which includes order processing, returns, recalls, documentation management and any associated queries concerning the supply chain.
Generate and management of inventory and sales reports and any ad-hoc reporting when required.
Provide general assistance to the wider Customer Services team when requested including process of orders, rebates & credits and account receivables activities.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Supply Chain management and understanding of processes for the Construction Industry An understanding of the construction ordering and supply mechanisms Previous experience in liaising with external and internal customers to resolve supply chain issues, you will be operating as the point of contact for product supply Strong MS Office skills (Advanced Excel)
