Job Description
Brief Overview of Responsibilities:
Being the go-to person for the business who can assist wherever needed;
Ensuring the smooth operation of the business especially focusing on IT, Admin, HR, Financial administration and Governance;
Manage the Office Administrator, delegating and providing training where needed;
Consistently looking for improvement to processes which would benefit the business;
Liaising with both in-house and external partners as appropriate (bookkeeper, HR etc);
Adhoc duties as required by the team.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience in a similar role within an SME Flexible approach to work and willingness to learn Innovative way of thinking and always looks to improve procedures
