We are now looking to recruit a driven and motivated individual to join us at our new Head Office in Leatherhead. You will have responsibility for c ontinuous improvement of HMUK reporting to enhance the level of insight and improve efficiency and speed of reporting removing any duplication. You will manage and update monthly order take targets and reporting, measuring performance against plan. Provide market insight and intelligence to incentive team highlighting any new market trends and provide regular reporting and have responsibility for production of regular planning reporting (SMMT, Daily Performance etc.) You will produce and complete adhoc factory reports and manage CO2 reporting to ensure HMUK are in line with objectives. The successful candidate will also support the Supply Planning manager with construction and roll out of month sales and run down plans.

Description

• In conjunction with the Supply Planning Manager, manage and develop Sisense reports
• Update and manage business plan and operational plan. Distribute correct and latest information with business
• Update and manage market month-end registrations and Hyundai month-end Registrations & Wholesales.
• Produce, update and distribute daily, weekly, monthly reports with accuracy
• Support whole business with market and sales planning, insuring reports are fit for purpose and automated where possible
• Liaise with HME and sales team to manage CO2 reporting at a dealer and national level

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Motor industry experience Strong analytical, planning and organisational skills Highly numerate with good PC skills and advanced Excel & Powerpoint skills Understanding of market and planning principles Exceptional attention to detail Strong communicator Team player with strong interpersonal skills Capable of working under pressure and to tight deadlines without sacrificing accuracy Ability to take complexed issues and concepts and represent them in a simple visual way
