Job Description

Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Assuring compliance with the Tideway Change Management plans across the programme, ensuring consistency.
  • Challenging and assuring the quality of change deliverables submitted into the change process, ensuring they are fully assessed for scope, schedule, cost and risk impact.
  • Producing all change management reports and assuring they accurately represent performance.
  • Facilitating and supporting the development of Change Management capability across the project to ensure functional optimisation and value including the identification and development of improvement opportunities.
  • Supporting relevant governance bodies to enable them to perform their governance function efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensuring approved changes are implemented in Tideway systems to enable accurate reporting against performance metrics.
  • Providing sample testing assurance checks of Programme Manager approved changes.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A good and rounded understanding of Governance and project controls systems and processes Experience of working with NEC 3 Option C contracts A good working knowledge of databases and document control systems Confident in the use of Microsoft Office packages including, intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel and a working knowledge of MS PowerPoint; The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent numerical skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy Good interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate with stakeholders at multiple levels An ability to manage conflicting priorities with multiple deadlines
