To manage inbound and outbound customer contact via telephone, email and webmail.
To escalate enquiries internally to ensure customer receives resolution. Complaint, Risk and Cancellation case management and route cause analysis.
Management and maintenance of customer accounts, ensuring needs are fully understood and reflective in systems in a timely manner.
Working with business systems i.e. data input, work order creation and carry out analysis and reporting. Prepare and submit periodic reports for internal and external customers.
Liaison with and support of Safetykleen colleagues to enable them to successfully complete allocated tasks whilst ensuring customers ‘expectations of service are met as a minimum
General office duties.
Any other duties reasonably requested and which are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job.
