The post holder will be expected to keep a work diary outlining their training progress throughout the course of the apprenticeship. This diary will be formally reviewed on a periodic basis with an appropriate line manager and/or representative of the appropriate apprenticeship awarding body. The ability to work as part of a team, attend team meetings, eventually contribute to appropriate discussions, written and verbal. Additionally, a flexible approach, able to work towards understood objectives and deadlines and selfmotivated towards becoming part of what is a continuous learning environment.
