Job Description

This is an internal sales training position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • LMS administrator for users, courses and analytics. • Support E-learning design trainer in creating/updating current and future training modules within the LMS. • Maintain training calendar for both online and face to face training courses to ensure training dates, agenda, conference rooms and communications align to strategic plan. • Manage Sales Training inbox and triage departmental training requests. • Collaborate with sales training colleagues to plan and execute in-classroom or virtual training programs & ensure key stakeholders are invited and all travel is arranged if required. • Interface with training vendors, manage contract processing, invoices etc. • Facilitate the deployment of post-training surveys & communications. • Manage new hire promotional gift items, keep inventory and revise catalog, as needed. • Assist with annual training initiatives as needed. Experience and Education Requirements • Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience and a High School Diploma/Certificate or equivalent. • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Skilled in project administration, organized and detailed-oriented excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Willing to travel, as needed. Preferred Qualifications • Relevant training coordination and/or life science industry experience. • Knowledge of learning management systems. • Knowledge of customer relationship management systems.
