Establish, document and implement office standards and procedures
Perform a Personal Assistant role for the C-Suite - CEO/COO/CFO including diary management, booking travel, assisting with organization and meeting/greeting visitors
Supporting other senior staff with organizing travel, meetings, training and diary management
Ensure standard templates are in place for all key document types
Design effective paper and electronic filing systems, ensuring they are up to date at all times
Ensure all incoming company correspondence (telephone calls, letters, emails) are processed appropriately
Organizing and arranging catering for meetings and conferences
Arranging meetings, and minute taking when required
Implementing documentation procedures to ensure a consistent brand approach across all customer facing documentation
