Job Description

They are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in early 2021. The Project Manager will work on specialist niche projects from inception through to completion whilst managing ongoing maintenance contracts.

Responsibilities will include:

Leading the planning and implementation of projects
Defining a project’s scope and goals
Planning and scheduling project timelines
Coordinating project staff
Resource planning and allocation
Quality assurance
Carrying out risk assessment
Managing project administration, including all documentation
Meeting budgetary objectives
Reporting regularly to senior management
Managing client relationships
Tracking project performance
Project evaluations and results measurement

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate at least 5 years’ project management experience, preferably within the construction sector but other industries considered (not IT). There will be some travel involved to various sites across the UK and potential European travel on occasion.
