Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Salesforce Admin with an interest in other Salesforce clouds like Marketing Cloud and Analytics. You’d be joining our Salesforce Platform team - distributed between Scotland and Sweden - to help our users get the most out of Salesforce.

With help from your team, you will enable our business teams to use Salesforce Marketing cloud in an efficient way, while taking pride in ensuring that we keep business data secure. Together with the team and the business, you will also explore the possibilities of Einstein Analytics. As you will be working in an agile environment, you might also take on tasks related to other Salesforce clouds, to make sure you always help the team to solve the most important thing first.

What we’re searching for is a true team player with experience from Salesforce administration, combined with some coding skills and with an eagerness to grow and learn. To achieve your everyday tasks, you will be working closely together with users, business stakeholders and other engineering teams. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engage stakeholders, users, your team and other technical teams in finding the best solution to the problems you need to solve
• Implement, configure and maintain Salesforce customizations and data
• Work on interesting problems together with talented peers in cross-functional agile teams

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience with writing AMPScript or similar code, e.g. Javascript, PHP, Python etc. Experience with Salesforce Administration. Write basic SQL. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification. Salesforce Certified Administrator. Knowledge of AMPscript. Understanding of Marketing Cloud Connect. Understanding of Web Services. Understanding of Einstein Analytics or other analytics tools.
