Job Description

Our client is seeking an ambitious individual who can bring fresh ideas and will push boundaries. You will have proven experience in leading the cradle to grave delivery of major, complex developments, bringing together a number of elements to form outstanding projects.

You will have experience in leading large developments through design, development, pre-construction and delivery, including high-rise RC frame residential.

As Construction Director you will be responsible for overseeing all teams responsible for the delivery through to handover of major residential and mixed-use developments, including high-rise towers.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proven experience of leading build teams in the cradle to grave delivery of major developments inlcuding high-rise residential. The ability to build teams and set up programmes / schedules for future projects whilst ensuring current projects are delivered effectively. Strong leadership and management skills. Ability to report into and liaise with senior Directors.
