Job Description

We are looking to recruit a full time Lettings administrator (mainly office based) to join our busy Letting Department. The role involves managing day-to day repairs & maintenance, ensuring properties comply with current legislation and dealing with clients / tenant administration. The role would suit someone with excellent communication skills, proactive approach and ideally, some knowledge of lettings legislation.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • lettings: 1 year (Preferred)

License:

  • Driving (Required)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. Extremely well organized and able to priorities your own work load. Professional, positive, diligent and focused approach. Full UK driving license.
