Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Inputting forward planning notices onto Symology and handing over noticing responsibility to principle contractors once appointed
  • Helping to coordinate, monitor and report on streetworks issues effectively
  • Ensuring neutral cost exposure to CityFibre for streetworks charges – all charges are paid on time, and recommended costs are recovered
  • Looking for ways to proactively avoid non-compliance and fines
  • Providing effective weekly regional and project reporting on agreed performance and charges incurred
  • Tracking defects input on Symology, liaising with the principal contractor to ensure timely remediation
