Job Description

This role requires the post holder to work between 2 Practices.

Beside other exciting things, the post holder will be involved in:

• Welcoming and engaging with clients in a positive, respectful and cheerful manner to ensure that they have a positive first and last experience with the practice.

• Organizing appointments and medical referrals, answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls and communication providing accurate and appropriate information to inquiries.

• Following protocols to ensure that the business is compliant with the standard operating procedures

• Providing administrative support across the organization such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.

• Understanding business goals and proactively contributing to them

• Exhibiting business values in all aspects of the job

• Ensuring reception, waiting room and practice entrance is presentable and clutter free.

• Collecting client fees and follow business protocol to record and reconcile these.

• Job sharing with our experienced receptionist.

• Covering a few late-night shifts finishing at 8 pm

• customer service: 1 year (Required)
• dental receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

• A-Level or equivalent (Preferred)
