This role requires the post holder to work between 2 Practices.
Beside other exciting things, the post holder will be involved in:
Welcoming and engaging with clients in a positive, respectful and cheerful manner to ensure that they have a positive first and last experience with the practice.
Organizing appointments and medical referrals, answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls and communication providing accurate and appropriate information to inquiries.
Following protocols to ensure that the business is compliant with the standard operating procedures
Providing administrative support across the organization such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
Understanding business goals and proactively contributing to them
Exhibiting business values in all aspects of the job
Ensuring reception, waiting room and practice entrance is presentable and clutter free.
Collecting client fees and follow business protocol to record and reconcile these.
Job sharing with our experienced receptionist.
Covering a few late-night shifts finishing at 8 pm
