Our client is seeking to recruit a Capital Project Manager to be responsible for co-ordinating and managing capital building and engineering projects across the capital investment programme, from inception to successful completion and evaluation.

• Minor refurbishment £150k - £500k
• Small M& E works £150-£500k
• Pharmacy Robot installation £1.2m
• Reconfiguration of OPD £150-500k
• Installation of a modular unit £2.0m
• Help support existing PM on £14m new car parking scheme.
• Operating theatre refurbishment £320k

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Project management experience managing within the NHS Management of delegated budgets (Projects) Write simple specification, tender them. Fully conversant with relevant mandatory building requirements and associated health care guidelines (HTM's & HBN's) affecting the construction, management and operation of a complex Health care estate Extensive knowledge of the management of Estate and complex building stock including the operation, maintenance and repair of its fabric, service, plant and equipment IT literate including: word processing, spreadsheet use & development, database, reporting software Experience of CAD
